All Shuttle Service must be arranged through New Haven Travel. They can make your flight arrangements, coordinate the arrival and departure times and schedule your shuttle for a $50 fee. If you book flights by yourself you must contact New Haven Travel PRIOR to booking to ensure that your flights are arriving and departing during the appropriate window. Once you book, your itinerary must be submitted to New Haven Travel not the SoccerPlus Office, to ensure that you are added to the camp pick-up itinerary. Reservations for the shuttle must be made at least 15 days prior to the start of camp. Reservations made within 15 days of the camp may be subject to an additional charge.

Campers may not arrive earlier than the first day of camp and must leave on the closing day. In the event of extenuating circumstances, please contact SoccerPlus General Manager, Anthony DiCicco to discuss options.

Medical Information
At every SoccerPlus location there will be at least one certified Athletic Trainer on site 24 hours a day, for every day at camp. The Athletic Training staff from SoccerPlus will tend to all medical situations, including the administration of all medications, establishing a relationship with local hospitals for emergencies, professionally taping if the student needs it before each session, and more. The Athletic Trainer will be at registration checking over every medical form and highlighting any special needs that need to be watched during the week. Every student will receive a medical form along with their confirmation of acceptance, this medical form needs to be completed and the student must be medically cleared to fully participate in camp activities.

Students may fill out the personal information, emergency contact and insurance information on our form and attach a school or alternative physical form with immunizations and a physicians signature.

Student Supervision
The students at SoccerPlus spend the entire week right on campus. Housing, dining facilities and of course the training fields are all located within the campus facilities. We have separate dormitories for boys and girls, each dorm is off limits to the opposite sex. Our staff stay in the same dorms and in every area as the students. That means that there is always a SoccerPlus Staff member readily accessible if there is any emergency or problem that needs to be addressed. Attendance is taken at least four times a day.

Refunds
Every program requires a deposit. For most residential programs, the deposit is $250. For most day programs, the deposit is $50. The deposit is non-refundable. Any monies paid beyond the deposit amount are completely refundable until 30 days prior to the start of the program. At 30 days prior to the start of the program, no refunds will be issued, only credit to a future program. Credits are transferable to immediate family members. All refund requests must be made in writing and can be e-mailed to info@soccerplus.org.

For students who put down an early deposit in the Fall of 2009 and are unable to attend a program in 2010, a full credit for the deposit amount will be carried over to a 2011 program or can be transferred to any immediate family member. Full details of the Early Registration Program

EARLY DEPARTURES
Students who must depart camp early due to a medical reason will be eligible for a credit. The credit is calculated by taking the program cost, subtracting the non-refundable deposit and dividing the remaining amount by the number of sessions to determine the per session amount. This number will be multiplied by the number of sessions missed and a credit will be issued in that amount.

Transfers
We understand that sometimes after registering for a camp, an unexpected conflict may arise. As such, we are happy to transfer students to another available program. Any additional transfers can be arranged, however there will be a $25 administrative fee for any transfers after the first one.

Day Academy Information and Policies
Each student will receive a SoccerPlus/adidas camp t-shirt and ball.
Players need to bring Shin Guards (required for every session) and cleats (we strongly recommend cleats that are broken in to prevent blisters).
Players should bring water (SoccerPlus will provide water on site as well). Players are also invited to bring a snack for mid-morning (refrigeration will not be available, sorry).

To secure a spot, full tuition is required. No discounts are available for missed days, early departures or late arrivals.
Any site that offers a full day program will require a medical form for ALL students.

Each student attending multiple weeks will be entitled to a $10 discount for each subsequent week.
Each sibling is entitled to a $10 discount.

All camp sessions will continue through light rain, during heavy rain, thunder or lightning, sessions may be shortened or canceled. Parents will be notified by phone and e-mail as well as a posting on soccerplus.org/day. Unfortunately no refunds can be issued due to weather, however, we may be able to extend remaining sessions or provide a make-up day, depending on the facility or provide credit to a future SoccerPlus program.

In the event of an emergency, SoccerPlus will refer all students to the nearest hospital.

Please e-mail us if you have any questions: info@soccerplus.org

Please understand that these policies and procedures are not meant to be an inconvenience or hassle to our customers. We understand that without you, we don't get to do what we love to do educating young, aspiring players, however, in order for us to provide the highest level of product and service, there are some policies we must put into place.
